another foreign leader to head a Pakistani political party : / one thing is now crystal clear that Imran Farooq was about to launch his own political party and many MQM workers/ leaders were in talks with him, and may be thats how after investigation BBC reached this guy and featured him in their documentary at first, I think after coming into open this guy Naeem Ahmed had already exposed himself so now announcing to lead the MQM group. Lets see who ledges to support him. possibilities are that he may be just an attention seeker, or some 3rd party using him to split MQM.

If anything he should have made a completely separate party and would have forwarded the ideas of his ideals like Azim Ahmad Tariq and Imran Farooq.
Why use name as MQM?
Something is very fishy.
For one thing AH has become a complete idiot over time but either he is being framed or being blackmailed on other side for Imran Farooq case.
He cannot be so reckless to plan for Imran Farooq murder...without any strong support from a very strong party/group/power if he indeed did so.
By the way: There is no concrete proof so far that Imran Farooq was somehow against AH. He argued very well with Imran Khan.
Just one thing, imran was one of the cruelest person in MQM leadership. His case now rest with ALLAH but he was not nice when he was alive.

OK. Can't argue with something if you had some kind of personal experience. But care to tell something about Imran Farooq which could hint on him being the cruelest person? If you do not reply then it is understood. But there is something very complex and confusing.
Many people at some point associated with APMSO/MQM have been killed including Azim Ahmad Tariq, Raees Amrohwi, and later Imran Farooq, not to say many many others associated as simple workers.
All lives lost are to be considered respectful until something really concrete or undisputed is shown that those people were criminals.
This retired Major Nadeem Dar has placed videos on Youtube about Imran Farooq not happy with higher command but Imran Farooq's arguments with Imran Khan shows he was very sincere to the party. (without real proofs)
Now..... one may think Imran Farooq was under pressure to show his loyalty to party and argued with Imran khan under pressure, but he had a lot of ways and time to show his disagreement with the party members. His own wife as far as it is known, has never tried to incriminate AH for his murder.
Anyhow, so far the judgment is not clear and this man who started another party is not trustworthy.
Maybe he is sincere, but using MQM name (just like Haqiqi group) is senseless.
