I don’t understand one thing. Rangers, for all practical purposes is a force that is under the authority of interior ministry and army combined. The general impression is that army supports mqm, and govt does not want mqm to resign, yet their combined subordinate unit, rangers that is, is going after MQM.

Why would you think the Army supports the MQM though? Doesnt appear that way.
