By the way both institutions were at top when MQM did not exist. Now they are at the bottom list according to Higher Education Islamabad. Go figure it out, what had happened after muhjir took over both the institutions?

Well you are right! The biggest crime of the MQM is that it destroyed Karachi's education. Open cheating was limited to Lyari in Karachi before the 1988. MQM made it rampant throughout the city! And that devastated Karachi's education.
But I saluate Dr Wahab who did his best to correct the situation after 1992.
