Again wrong. The quota system was introduced in General Yahya Khan’s era when he dismantle one unit system of Ayub Khan. More over ZAB was more Punjabi than Sindhi. He became PM due to Punjabi vote not by Sindhi vote. Before you write any thing confirm it and get your biased perception straightenout.
