I must admit, MQM is good at marketing.
Only the cost of Altaf Bhai posters/banners per annum would easily exceed budgets of reasonable sized genuine NGOs in Pakistan.

In that regards, the PML[N] is the largest pasty in Punjab, the PPP in Sindh overall, and the ANP in NWFP...
MQM's popularity or lack of popularity in Karachi doesnt matter, they are still scammers, and with all these videos emerging, their mayor calling a helpless woman paghal ki bachi or threatening a journalist along with their khidmat-e-khalq-e-badmashi committee scamming zakat, one can only hope those that really believe in this party of crooks finally open their eyes.

for the first time I would disagree.. I feel, they just wanted to had a photo session showing the donation of wheel chairs, its much difficult to bring handicapped ppl on the stage and then get the photo session, so alternately they just got guardians of the handicapped....
there are much bigger problem of MQM which needs attention this is just a very minor issue..

But same problems we facing almost every SO CALLED party in Pakistan.

I could not find anything abnormal or wrong in the video. I think that only people who could have found something funny in video are those who could not think how charities are given, or are supporter of Nawaz Shareef, and thus believe that everyone is thug like their demigod of Raiwand.
Anyhow, these chairs are given to handicaps needing such chair by charity wing of MQM. People in video are caretakers of handicap person receiving chair on behalf of handicap in their care.
