Re: MPC conference in London

Bunch of opportunists.

Hundreds of Pakistanis have died in floods, thousands are homeless and these self-promoting politicians are busy in their one point agenda ie how to destabilize this Govt.

Where are all the paragons of people power when hundreds have died? In London. That sud be good enough proof to determine their intentions.

Re: MPC conference in London

Are you sure these political people and not businessmen/women?

Re: MPC conference in London

 had there been a toga party the whole affair may have been atleast slightly interesting! Unfortunately though, no toga, just various waist coats, suits and pagris which have left no interest in it or the (mis)resolutions they might make there. idiots.

Re: MPC conference in London

Very rightly put!

With every other antic I'm more convinced it's the latter (business) concern.

Re: MPC conference in London

Should u not be asking what the people responsible, the govt, are doing????

That should be good enough to show how much the govt cares about the avg person

What the heck can the opposition parties do? This issue is exactly one of the things they are discussing in the conference

The opposition don't control govt resources, which are barely being used to help those effected in the floods, not a good effort at all :(

Re: MPC conference in London

Excuses dont help, these political parties are supposed to have political social networks that act as shock absorbers for civil society, recent earthquake in northern Pakistan are a classic example where all parties participated irrespective of being in opposition. This appears to be a case of deliberate ignorance or ethnic differentiation.

As for the Govt, they are doing their job, Mushy is there today now whether that is good enough that can be debated and that can happen only when there is an opposition to provide counter argument, how can that happen when they are having Aunty Coffee mornings sitting in London.

Re: MPC conference in London

I think there will be 15-20 PML factions alone :D

Re: MPC conference in London

forget about 38 parties Pir jee ...

I am confuzeldimingo at the occurrance of such conference when the country need all these "leaders" the most ... I think they are meeting to plan a strategy how to attack the prime ministership of the country and then share the country's fate among each other.... quite pathetic..!!!

Re: MPC conference in London

well that was one of the bright proposals right...lets all unite and rule (i.e. rob) the country together until things are stable enough for us to compete against each other, that was one idea that mensa record holder nawaz shareef presented

Re: MPC conference in London

applauds

Finally someone says it. I've had an inkling that kaalay kalootay bachay in South Balochistan don't really get as much pity as the Goray guppay kids in Abottabad.

Sadly, such is the fate of the kaali larkian in our country. The gori girls get the best deals.

Ah, the Kaala-Gora saga continues.

Goray rang ka zamaanay hai - vital signs - playing in the background

Re: MPC conference in London

BB: She sent a bouqet of roses to some bechara kaala bacha belonging to a fisherman who lost his boat in the cyclone.

Nawaz: Managed to propose a brilliant plan on getting the victims foreign aid, and then pocketing it. He said, lets all put it in their bank accounts, and then freeze their accounts and steal the money.

Altaf: Gave a terribly emotional speech that left thousands of mohajir victims that just migrated over to Pakistan 50 years ago in tears. Unfortunately, the tears caused a flood in the hall in which he gave his speech, and now Altaf is requesting international aide to help rescue him. Last I heard, the mota phelwan hasn't eaten a roti in a few hours, as its hard to transport food across the flood of tears.
