Foreigners stay with their own nationality. UAE does not give nationality unless a woman marries a local man. Yes, u stay with the same nationality of your parents.
US nationals get jobs quite easily. They like your blue passports..lol. depends on what field you are looking in.
Owning a business can only be done in certain areas. If you own a business in the city then 51% of it will be co-owned by a local sponsor and 49% will be your own. If you want 100% ownership of business then u need to move to “free zone” areas. That’s the only way you can have full ownership. Yes, you can get government jobs .
