In International City, one bedroom will cost you like 52,000 a year. That’s around 4,333 AED a month. Similar rent for Discovery Gardens, The Gardens etc. JLT, JBR etc are roughly double that for around 112,000 a year. Can find for a bit less or more. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina are obviously more expensive when it comes to one bedrooms and more.

These are all some of the popular areas in New Dubai for apartments, these days. Of course, if you wanna look at villas, they are more expensive and lot more areas. A normal basic 3 bedroom villa will cost around 240,000 to rent in new Dubai side. Freehold areas. The upmarket posh ones. If you’re looking at normal areas like Mirdif etc, it might be less than that. Might be same. Depends on villa and owner.
