iam reeallly motivated and excited at the moment to lose some weight..
my goal is 20 lb and iam giving my self 3 months to do so..

anywwhoo today ive beeeeeen really good all healthy food howver only managed to do 20 min of cardio..
Actually, I have lost 20 lbs in 3 months before, after my 2nd baby. I had to lose 30 lbs and the last 10 took a year , but the first 20 were a smooth sail.
I cut out all junk, high protein meals, low carbs, no sodas or juices. Lots of fiber.
Not a lot Jhanjs. I would have liked to but I was busy moving from one state to another so I was wrapped up in never ending chores, packing, taking care of my home. I think it was more physical stress not workout
i remember few yrs ago loosing abt 10 with just excercise....but now that i m excercising and having a healther diet i hope to loose atleast 15 or else i wont be too happy :(.

i want to loose weight totally in a healthy way thats y i m nt overdoing myself at gym or goin super strict with the diet but i want to loose it fast b4 i loose the motivation...i guess thats not askni for much....
Love Spark People - I lost 20 pounds - If you want to lose weight fast - then try atkins or south beach - but it's not easy though - Ihate giving up my carbs.
