hmm… either you are cheating me or I am cheating you, cuz about the eating style, I have the same… cuz I dont eat much sweet as well, but I love them all time and want to keep some sweet in the fridge though I only take a bite or so… like you :-p
So is it safe to call you a moti ? :-p
About Hyderabad ki Rabri, well Hyderabad is The owner of Rabri no doubt, and they produce the best kind of Rabri once, but after few event happened while they make poisoness Rabri, during making it some chupkali dropped and meshed with rabri… so I decided to call Burns Road ki Rabri the best… :-p
Waisay I remember Papa was used to bring rabri from Hyderabad in those matti kay bartan (red) … I love rabri really :-DDD
ahh… me missing Karachi
btw, are you from Hyderabad ? :s
well may jhoot nahi bolti jis k honay na honay say mera soochnay per fark na perta hoo.
therefore on khana i doubt ny gupy would have the same style as i do. but ya u may have tasting style.
on moti> mera moti** hona na hona** aik fact hai. therefore there aint ny room for me of fluctuation.
so its u who gonna get affected. not only ur approach will be certain towards me rather than genuine but also biased. so my sugesstion is to stick with my name.
p.s. btw there are already many who “kachumarized” it in their own style
for rabri> bhi we use to get special. abb to arsa howa taste kertay howay. well i am never fond of sweet. so in ka honay na honay say no ferk in ma life .
-just love to have rasmali in choti eid.
-ps. chipkali app nay dali ho gi. werna itnay yakeen say to koe chor he keta hai.
-ps2. i also heard of use of cotton in haleem. n milk in water
-ps3. dont go on my knowledge. may bus aysi he her cheez may.
this thread itself gets sweeter and sweeter.
thanks friends, so nice to read all this enthusiasm over sweets which we all alike. :)
moti choor luddo are befitting for a festive occasion such as a shadi.
sometimes, evrything goes okay and sometimes only a dear khiyal of the luddoos from one side.
