^I can't believe they're the worst...they've won the best airline award twice and their staff is always multinational not just Arab or Emirati.

agree with Catskin… Emirates is the best…I’ve never had a problem with any Emirates staff, ever…the absolute, hands down worst airline staff ever award goes to American Airlines!!!

i think being an old, grumpy, mean curmudgeon is a pre-requisite to getting job with AA

Emirates n ethiad both have great staff but PIA ai hostess have some attitude problem

Dad just got back from Pakistan and lodged a complaint to PIA about a particular hostess. Its always the hostesses that have the attitude problem on that airline. Anyways last time i flew with them their aircrafts where shaking. PIA is a flying death trap.

Just been on a flight with Thai a week ago. When the plane was full of Pakistani's in Lahore they seemed rude, but it wasn't really their fault as the Pakistani's wouldn't obey the simple command of "turn your mobile off" or "put your luggage away" or "the plane is still on the runway sit down!". There were 3 stewards standing at one man telling him to turn his phone off, but he wouldn't listen. When they threatened with security then he did, after others around him said "bus kar bhai".

On the next leg of the flight, they were lovely!

ps. and their food was awesome too

I hear people often complain about PIA staff and service, but I have never had any bad experience.
Mostly it’s the passengers who are acting like douches.

Once on a stop they detected a defect in the plane, so that plane wouldnt fly this day back to our destination.
PIA apologised and offered everyone free lunchpackets at the aiport and also they anounced that passengers can either stay at a hotel and fly home tomorrow or PIA would arrange coaches and drive people back home and stop in the largest cities, so that everyone could be picked up there by their family/friends.

But everyone wanted the bus to stop infront of their door and they created a huge fuss. I can understand the rage, but sometimes you have to understand and stop acting like an idiot.

Now there are so many families, who live all across the country, it would take the bussdrivers so much time to go to each adress. So that was not an option.

My brother was ill and my mom didnt want to wait a day in a hotel, so she requested the PIA manager if we could go home in a couche he arranged one for us. How nice is that! One huge luxury touring buss brought us (only 1 family) home. We had the whole buss to ourselves and went home comfortably.

May ALLAH TALAH bless that PIA manager and that gora bussdriver!

Apart from this, I have always found the PIA staff nice and kind :k:
