That is the one u need. Search through the text and tell me where God says one varna is better that the other. Symbolically speaking it is mentioned that all creation are parts of God.Does it mention one part of God is better than the other ? People twisted it to suit their crooked purposes.
And those people created castism..and manusmrit and used it to persecute dalits....:D
By the same token, God created Adam and Eve who sinned and so the humans created various religions and have continued sinning and so we will all be seeing each other in Hell. Heaven's doors are closed.:D
How can U apply the same logic there when the premise is that people converted to something that was better. So where is the "better" in Islam if it is just "old wine in new bottle" esp since Islam is supposed to be an egalitarian religion. It is a waste of conversion and similar to cheating people by not keeping the promises. Now buddhism really does not have a caste system atleast as far as I know. So it is a better religion for that.
I'll repeat again, there is no caste system in Islam. The caste system being followed in Punjab and Sindh (nothing of the sort in KP and balochistan) is due to the time they have lived with Hindus.

Ummm.. But there are qabila system in iraan and I guess few other countries too, many years ago people were recognize by their qabila name and this is how qabila name become cast.

you don't get castes from living with hindus. it isn't contagious, it is quite the opposite and non-inclusive.
when these people converted to islam from hinduism, they retained their caste based identities. this is the real reason why pakistanis (and sikhs) have castes. these are identities that don't vanish overnight, especially when your whole society structure is based upon it.

There's nothing wrong with tribes, as long as the same is not used for discriminating against other people.

Agreed, it will take time but it will go away with the passage of time. It has nothing to do with the religion per se, but you can say it has become part of the culture. It has become redundant in this era of globalization in any case, there should be no racism on the base of religion, caste, sect, ethnicity etc.
Were Sikhs religiously persecuted in beginning or it was a political persecution?
I can't differentiate, Like Guru Tegh Bahadur went to Aurangzeb to stop persecuting Kashmiri Pandits and was either to get converted or to get killed, is this religious or political or politico-religious or religio-politcal?
Every time Abdali attacked, sikh defended holy city and he desecrated Golden temple that no one else can match except the Indian Army in 1984. Was that political or religious, I can't ascertain:)

I think in this case its religious one, but in start tussle between earlier Guru and Jehangir was political matter.

Even can be considered, religious, In sikhi it is tradition to save the one who came into your protection, so it can be religious, and god can be used anywhere and everywhere in political matter:D
