No I have not been to Afghanistan.

Mr.Masood was a pragmatic leader and the situation was not just conduisive for him to win over Taliban.Just see how the Northern ASlliance could take over Kabul once the U.S stikes began

As regards to hekmatyar and Haqqani side, that’s the evil created.Now it has become a detrimential to peace in the region.

I am talking of the 1980s. Masood was a brilliant tactician. But he had no fighters. So few they didn’t even count. He was fully supported in the 1980s. Just like everybody else. The ISI and the American’s stopped supporting him when he couldn’t win battles against the Russians.
