Situation of Karachi very serious and alarming . Situation in Baluchistan is also at dangerous level . Karachi has kept Baluchistan and Sindh tied with Pakistan and it is the love of Urdu speaking people with Pakistan which is an hurdle for separatists . I always talk about a new political social and regional contract and a NRO for all . Only way to go for some good .

City is totally out of control by agencies centeral and provisional govt. The silents of bigs in it more weird. It's seems Karachi is handed over to killers of all kind. And every criminal getting benefit by this situation. May Allah help us all.

A NRO without a new contract is meaningless . The party which is in most need of is our establishment . Judiciary is too in need of a NRO . 99 % bureaucrats are in requirement of a NRO .Some who didn't eat 'soor' a too make mistakes or misuse of power or acted on bad orders . We are in real trouble . We will have transfer powers to the regions at the moment without delay but again with a new contract supported by army judiciary and political powers .
Truth is this that every unclear act is now supposed something by agencies . This is a total loss of credibility .
