i can so understand your feelings Nadz, my mother in lw is my khala and she and her daughters never ever calls me on any ocassion. i always call them, wish them send them gifts and everything, when it comes to their own daughters they want everything good for them but they dont care about their DIL. i dont know why do they do that.

Sometimes i think Nadz just come up with all these in-laws problems to get all the attention which other member showers on her, negative/positive that is another debate.
I mean look at this thread, people are telling her the solutions and clearly she is turning a deaf ear to all the advices and comes up with this fantastic new twist that she went through her MIL'S cell phone, i seriously think she doesn't need any advice from anyone she just wants attention.

i think you need to handle the situation better and get over all the pettiness. its very hard to do, trust me, i know but your just making it harder for yourself. if your husband is good to you and supports you then that should be enough to give you a little bit of peace in your marriage. everyones time comes, this period will pass, just keep a brave face and stay happy. snooping, complaining will just begin to get old. i dont think shes making anything up and clearly needs an outlet but you need to learn to handle this stuff better. every action creates a reaction...just forget about it.
