I'm pretty set with my 3. Well unless we hit lotto! Sheesh, we shelled out for swimming lessons (times three), drum lessons, after-school sports club (times two) and boy scouts (times two)....and number 3 is school age come sept. College times three will come along before we know it....I dont see how we could manage four.
I think kids who are close in age are incredibly lucky. It seems soo hard though when they're young but then i guess it pays off when they are older...... I'd want that but I don't know how i'd ever manage so many lil ones at once...
The first 4 years were pretty tough with my 3 being so close in age. I was pg most of the time lol so that added to the exhaustion ack. But all of a sudden it seemed, I was done with diapers. Then strollers. Then they could all get in the car and buckle their seats correctly. It got SO much easier pretty quickly and now I find myself missing their baby days lol (my hubby would have a heart attack to hear me say that!)
The BEST thing is how much they love each other. When my older 2 see each other on the school playground at recess, they run to each other yelling "I MISSED you!!" and they play together till recess is over. They're the best of friends my 3. :)

That is so sweet! Thats xactly why i am in favor of having em close together (if I am lucky enough to do though) I grew up almost as an only child and I'd never want that for anyone. i see how my cousins are wiht each other, my friends with their sisters etc..
How old are your kids now? Did they fight when they were babies? My nephews are 2 and 1, and my sister in law was telling me how the older one bites/scratches the younger one and gets jealous of him.. hehe.
The boyz are now 7, 6 and 5. They did (and still do) have their little fights...they're boys yeah? So they have their disagreements but they work them out pretty well. They have occasional bad days, maybe over-tired and overly protective of their toys but most of the time, they really enjoy each other. I guess they were like this when babies too....maybe my memories are rose colored now though lol!!
I grew up in a house of four girls and always thought I would have four kids. But now I think it depends on whether or not you can financially, emotionally and practically handle them.
I have 2 kids, a boy and a girl. 6 & 7 yrs old. I think I am able to manage 2 very well. If I had 3 kids - I don't think my attention would be divided equally. Finance also plays an important role - so I think I am fine with two.
(They enjoy each others company and are a team. They stand up for each other if "others" are involved in a kiddie fight. However, they occasionally have disagreements and fight with each other too).

Aww thts sweet! .. Reminds me of me and my lil bro. We have somewhat the same age difference and are super super close! MA :)
not married yet but I think one should obvoiusly look at his situation but if Allah decides to shower you with His blessings then Allah is the only One who will provide right.
i think it all depends on the lifestyles of people, some people can live a simple life and have 5-6 kids and some have a hard time raising 2 kids because of their extraordinary lifestyle...
