this is what i wore on my shadi..this was my MIL's taste..i thought it was just okay....and about the bindi....i had my shadi in pakistan and the lady who did my makeup thought the bindi was a nice touch (i didnt look in mirror until i was completely made up...and didnt really like the bindi..but sister thought it looked nice...i was hmm...)....

my mehndi outfit was two layers...the bottom layer was a plain silk-type material (maybe thai silk???)..and the top layer was a net material with gota kaam..the duppata was also net..i wanted a net duppatta because i wanted the duppatta to cover my whole head and face, but still wanted a "peekabo" look...
about the jhummar..i didnt like how the lady put the jhumar at all...really p issed me off..but like i said,..i ddint look at myself until the very end...this was i never wore makeup before my wedding (such a plain jane)..and iw anted to see my self for the first time all decked out...it was wow...and thanks for ur compliments! i hope to see your wedding pics as well....
by the way..quick quesiton...have any of you ever wore on ur wedding lenghas after your shadi? i wore my valima on my brothers wedding (damn it was too heavy)...im thinking of weaing my shadi lengha on my other bros wedding...
