Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
lol @ Mazar-e-Qaid. Go to lahore’s taxalli gate and you will find a lot of burqay walia … or wander around at M. M. Alam road in lahore at night and you will notice a lot of them …
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
I’d agree with the street smart part. Not just Pakistani girls, even Pakistani guys are more street smart than people abroad. Like you guys are almost, SORRY AGAIN, dumb Like jk but somehow people from abroad are simpler. Which is good ofcourse
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
Yeah it really is sad. Qayamat is near lol.
But don’t need to call them at home. Can’t even do that here in US for most families. But can hide it either by meeting up in a different location or can video chat, text, facebook, etc and still do immoral things like sending dirty pictures or getting naked over webcam. Much easier to do it these days. And it’s rich and poor, although I noticed rich girls do it more because they have more opportunity to do so and tend to be less religious and more into fun/socializing/fashion/guys.
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
There are more Pakistanis sinning in Pakistan, then non-Resident Pakistanis sinning abroad, khush? Did I get the answer right?
Mind you, neither you nor I have access to a statistical evidence, but hey - your guess or assumption (or baseless accusation) is as good as mine, and if we have to come up with a stat or quantification, then mine seems fair
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
Thats why i wrote you had no intentions of hurting anyone. Going by your posts, you’re alright :k: What i’ve observed is that even though your heart is in the right place ppl tend to get hurt by generalisations and -ve judgement. But as pak2015 said criticism can be healthy too.
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
You can be defensive or you can be realistic.
This is kind of an example…where the actual suggestion of things gets people really upset. If it happens, it happens behind closed doors and whatnot but its never talked about.
Now if you’re comparing US Pakistanis to PAK then I have to say…I’d say its pretty even. Families here are much more conservative than people in Pakistan think because the older generation was so stuck in their ways (in a good way)…they didn’t want to assimilate completely. Average people here don’t walk around in bikinis on a daily basis. Yes there are modern ones though just like there are in Pakistan. No difference.
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
Just ask the younger Pakistani parents on this forum how they’re raising their kids in the US…are their kids dressing in mini skirts and hanging out with boys in dark hallways? Are their boys running around impregnating teenagers?
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
Did you know that most people in the US are wary of going to Pakistan to marry because of green card scams? Men and women alike.
These are what I’ve heard from my friends:
I don’t want to teach my wife how to use a vending machine (honest…this is what he said)
Do the girls use deodorant?
What if the guy is backward?
These are not my opinions - merely using as examples.
There are fears on both sides actually to be honest…not just one. If I were you, I’d stick to what I know - which is in Pakistan. But realize that what you hear is the negative…just like the stuff I posted is the negative. You have no reason to hear the positive because its not juicy gossip.
Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad
One more Arithmetic issue.
50 person time 9 is 450. That is one day. Now calculate the number per month. Use a 8x multiplier tl account for overlap. Calculate over a year. Use 2x multiplier. Calculate for last 6 years. Use 2x multiplier. Or 32x.
32 tike ur 0.05 is 1.8 pct. Closer to the 1 pct I came up with.
