Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

True that. Neither on the Pakistanis living abroad nor on his exceptional circle:hypo:

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

so far none of these wastarn pakistanis has the address your very impotant question. i am wondaring teh why it is so.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

And what did I assume? I am merely repeating what was said on other threads in this forum. No assumptions, no fabrications.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

OP, are morals and decency always linked to sexuality? Because I wouldn’t call forcing your kids to marry or looking down on people of a different caste, race or skin colour, taking advantage of others etc, being particularly ‘moral’ either..

There seems to be an assumption by a few people here that us ‘westerners’ are overall more lacking in morals and ethics.. We might be weaker in some respects but we’re stronger in others..

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

No, it wasnt. I was not living in defense. I was brought up in Gulshan-e-iqbal. Thats where the average folks live.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

Because OP has already collected data and decided.
By asking us to post our crazy sexcapades publically, how is that any different from admitting them on the podcasts?

Queer - you’re more intelligent then to light a fire in this thread.
Its very apparent there is no discussion here; only mud flinging towards a group of people that the OP doesn’t understand or know closely.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

I apologize if anyone took offence. That was not my intention.
That being said, no morals and ethics arent just limited to sexuality(duh).

I brought this particular topic up because that is what I was curious about. And since we are discussing relationships here, do let me know what will bother you more about your husband- that he dont like mirpuris (picked this up from another thread :stuck_out_tongue: .Dont know who mirpuris are), or that he frequently slept around?

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

So tera kutta ‘kutta’, mera kutta ‘tommy’?

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

This is different from the podcast because everyone posts anonymously here.

Just like you know people from Pakistan, I know people from UK, USA, and Canada. No interest in maligning any of you, I merely asked a question.

“There is no discussion here” according to you. Sure there is. I need to know how the environment is there so that I can make my decision about moving abroad in the future.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

This forum is anonymous. That podcast wasnt.
No interest in maligning anyone, I merely asked a question based on what YOU GUYS posted on this forum.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

You know, I don’t post that often but this is kind of crazy…it doesn’t matter where you are some people will do things like that anywhere. I see/hear so much about women that live in Pakistan sleeping around, men walking all over the bazaars holding hands, hugging ect.

they also seem to think money grows on trees abroad and they want to come here and get their share asap, lots of greed.Doesn’t mean I think everyone there is that way…that’s just what I’ve seen for most of my life but then I’ve met some awesome people from Pakistan as well.

I know so many people that refuse to marry in Pakistan because of all of that and the fact that most people from there only marry us for a green card. It goes both ways…

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

That cracked me up… I’m going to have to use that over and over again.

troll thread folks - judge jury and executioner all in one. Done and over.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

OK shocking.

Guys I am not representing the team Pakistan here. Just asked a bloody question. Dont make this Pakistanis in Pakistan vs Pakistanis abroad. Shukriya.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

Nahi tera tommy kutta.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

I apologize again (profoundly) to anyone who took offence.
I have met some awesome people from abroad. Similarly I hate lots of people here. I am not stereotyping anyone, not saying hey you live in UK, you are immoral. Nope.

Just like some Pakistanis want to marry green card holders, I know of american pakistanis, british pakistanis who married girls here in Pakistan, and never called them to UK/USA. So yeah it goes both ways

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

Anyways I wonder why you guys are being so defensive here, ON the things you yourself admitted to in other threads.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

All sons of Adam are sinners, the best of sinners is the one who repents.

He who is sinless cast the first stone.

People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.

etc etc etc etc…

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

I know your intention of asking this question was totally appropriate but unfortunately those living abroad are often judged really bad, as you can see from the post#2 of this thread. But again, its just a discussion so feel free to express your opinion or ask anything.

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

Admitted to what?

Re: Morals and \ethics of Pakistanis living abroad

For the umpteenth time, I am as much of a sinner as any of you guys. Maybe even more.
NOT JUDGING ANYONE.
