No. It plays a part if you’re lucky enough to have parents who try to install morals upon you but it’s still an individual choice that you make as a human which constitutes your actions. It’s the reason why bad people (murderers, rapists etc) exist in families which emotionally supported them and gave them the best upbringing possible, yet that egg still turned out bad.
