money is an extremely strong motivator and as a result with lots of money you can pretty much get people to do everything you want.
with vast financial resources at your command, there is no limit to what you can do.
also, money is the primary measure of success in our society. Every John Familyman or John Lovey Dovey can succeed in establishing a family or a loving relationship, but not everyone can or will succeed in accumulating a fortune. Only some do and most who do actually do it through hard work, not by hitting lottos.
therefore, money and profit should be respected and esteemed, if not worshipped.
