Hmm, is that just during your pregnancy or just in general? My OB told me to do it while peeing after I’d had my baby.

You can do it while peeing to see if you're doing it right but you're not suppose to do them while peeing. That's at least not the recommendations here.

Yes, it's alright to have panadol (paracetamol) - but best is to let the flu work out. Do you want to take it for the fever or the pain?

That's what I actually meant when I told Mary about it. "If you don't get a hang of it then just do it while peeing". To kind of get a hang of it. It's not as easy as it sounds ;) Kegels.
Oh and I was actually told to do it while peeing after having baby. Stopping the pee flow and then releasing 10 times every time you go pee. That's what I was told to do postpartum.

I don't know why you have been told to do them while peeing - there might be a reason for it. Normally it's not recommended to do them while peeing because doing them while peeing might weaken your pelvic floor muscles over time. But any given day one should follow the instructions of the OB. She knows your case the best. :)

Lucky you. I usually crave junk. I ate so healthy with my first. The only healthy food I am having this time is carrot and kinoo juice. Love winters for this.
