im 31 weeks this weekend alhumdulilah i am so nervouse iv leaving my girl too as she wil be 15 months i so cnt wait… feel a lil scared of whats ahead… any 1 due in july? xx

Gave birth on the 9th of may… I’m absolutely loving being a mom… Can’t thank Allah enough for giving us this precious gift

I was so sad to leave my daughter at our relatives lol! But she loved it there haha, she didn’t even miss me!

So here is my birth story.
My doc had given my EDD to be ssomewhere around the year end. I did not get any false pains until that though I had been getting the usual hicks. I went to see my doc on 31st of dec she checked my bp which was slightly high. She then asked me to relax so she could do the pv. Sheeeesh that was so freaking painful. Because I am not so expressive I managed to stay silent. Mil had accompanied me and I found it very embarrassing. Doc tolf me I was around 1 cn dilated. She asked me to go home pack my stuff and come back as she had decided to induce me. I went home had breakfast with my mil mom n sisters who had come from abroad for my baby. It waa decided that mil would stay with me at the hospital until evening and mom would be with me for the night. I went back to tbet hospital at around three gor admitted and spent the timr reciting surah yaseen was scared to death. My mil is not in favour of epidurals and also epi isn’t that common in cmh. Anyway mu mom came to stay with me at around 7 hubby had visited me in the afternoon and came again with mom. Stupid cmh doesnt allow male relatives including the hubby to stay for long.

I was taken to the labour ward at 12. I was given a bed and was asked to take rest until 2 am and then they’ll put the first tablet to induce me. I was so tensed that I couldn’t sleep n just sat on my bed. The midwife came n joked about me being so worried and asked me to relax as the real show will begin the following morning. I was induced at 2 and the contractions finally started at 4 in the morning. They were very mild until 7 am. I kept walking and breathing and reciting syrah inshqaaq ayat 3 to 4. When midwife had checked me before inducing she told me I wasnt dilated at all. At 7 thr doc came to check me and found out that I was at 3 cm. My mom cane to see me and give me dates and zam zam. After an hour the pain increased in intensity and at aroind 9 I was at 6 cm. At around 10 45 the pain got aa bit too much and I was 9 cm. I am still shocked at how composed I was. At no point I felt the pain was something I couldn’t handle infact I have haf worse periof pains. Khaiir at around 10 45 they took me to the delivery room wherei had to wait for about 10 mins as there was another delivery going on. I witnessed a live delivery :p. Khair as I was taken to the delivery chair or whatever it is here in pak thts when the difficult part started I found it very frustrating to push as tge baby just wouldn’t come out. My doc was constantly instructing me to push harder and that was driving me nuts as I was already pushing with all my might and strength. Anyway after trying to push the baby out dor 15 mins I just gave up and asked the doc to usevaccum to whch she agreed. The vaccum dint work as well and I tried once more nd there came my adorable little girl. She was so huge with a head covered full og hair. She was xerox copy of me and weighed 3.8 kgs

I was not happy with my pregnancy and had issues at inlaws. Not even once in my pregnancy I looked fwd to having this baby. But now that my lovely lil girl is here she is the reason why I am so happy. She was born on 1st jan 2013. I had no issues recovering or breastfeeding alhumdulilah.

Hey moms how are you?
How are those little bubbas doing now they are tots? My dd is 1 now ,mashAllah, crawling too but not walking yet or even trying. She waves bye bye, points to her head eyes nose and teeth when asked. She loves playing with her stacking cups most of all from all her toys, she is going through a separation anxiety phase right now her cot is right beside my bed and the moment i lay down she goes crazy lol
She likes pasta and cheese, coco pops, pears, sleeping is a bit hit and miss we have good nights and bad nights. So how are you doing?

mine is eleven months old and YES separation anxiety, YES bad and good nights, YES to no walking, loves all kinds of food, testing his limits these days. I don’t have the energy!!
