Same here. I was never a good eater. Even in my first trimester. But the second one has literally killed my appetite. I hardly have one roti, a small plate of rice, a glass of milkshake and a glass of milk the whole day. And even this much I have to stuff in out of fear. I talked to the doctor about this and he said they cant do much about it :hinna:

i used to force myself to eat because we have to feed the baby!

MIRAGE....there's also this "days or months of eating fish" which give no harm to you when eating in those days....
like from september to april....the months containing "R" in them....

i read in babycenter i guess..when i was preggers....

Mackerel and sardines are very good!! Omega 3! If not just take the supplements! Sadzz don't worry we can do weight loss blogs together LOL how to look hot and lose the baby flab by summer 2013 inshallah!!

n i started eating fish in september when i was preggers lol
n back in pakistan we've never had fish in summers....always in winters
i think keeping those mercury levels of fish in mind would be easy to digest....

akmoti r months make sense for the same reason; colder season.

Knowledge is a curse sometimes. Like I didnt know presence of mercury in fish could make it harmful. I think people who do not know this, and eat fish regardless, fall ill lesser :barbie:
