i used to go out in my last weeks of pregnancy to take some sunrays! n people were like "stay at home?" lol
n i travelled alot n also walking in parks....

I think it took me a month to start looking normal again
btw!!! I’m almost 13 weeks along and yesterday I can swear that I felt baby!!! I know it’s still very early but I know that was baby!! ![]()

Just felt it again!!!
No one tell me that it’s too early to feel baby. I googled and it says that some ladies can feel baby as early as 13 weeks ![]()

do take extra care of ur diet for all those who r ttc as well as preggers.....its good if u all discuss ur eating schedules here in this forum as kakee has asked...

Well I dont think my diet is inspiring by any means ![]()
If anything, I start with a glass of water first thing in the morning, then I will have an apple.
Break fast is either a cereal (corn flakes
) or paratha with egg or something (maybe a chapli kebab like today)
In the evening I usually have fruits. Or fruit chat.
At night I have some dessert or milk.
So its usually one time meal only. If my baby is lucky, I may have a roti or rice in the evening also.

I’m very careful about my weight this time around. BUT pregnant ladies should not be dieting. So I’m eating as healthy as I can and still consuming the required daily calories.
Today I had this
Breakfast- 2 whole wheat slices of bread and a poached egg. Orange juice.
Too bad I threw all of that up. So I drank my nutrition shake which is 250 calories.
Lunch- Chicken salad with dressing.
Snack- An apple, mango milkshake and some crackers.
Dinner- Haleem with naan.

mashallah deeba, I am happy and content. a lot of it has to do with dua, and a more of it to do with mind over matter.

menu wise:
I’m definitely eating more than I would these past few days.
What i DO do is drink 3 litres of water daily.
breakfast is usually sehri with husband. Which is either a roti or a paratha with leftover salan
by mid morning, six hours later i am STARVING again. so these past few days it was another roti and salan then
there’s a bowl of cereal in between with milk or/and an apple
ive discovered diet coke cans (mubarik ho tum sab ko) and there’s one of those (YAY)
and then dinner is another roti with salan
I’m eating four times a day these past few days. I need to make different food choices, but damn it i can cook well again!

o and in better news, the backaches have gone away
i think i was overzealous in cleaning or SOMETHING or the other
which pregnant woman has an overactive libido btw? god help me, this needs to stop! (not really, it's fun!)
