Agreed that the baby consumes them from us. It is more a problem for US if we don’t take them. For example baby will draw Calcium from our BONES if we don’t have it in our system, so basically MOMS suffer any lack of vitamins.

But it is ALWAYS better to get this stuff in diet rather than supplement form. We all come from good financial backgrounds which can afford good diets, I just bank a lot on the diet. For instance, I have kelloggs cornflakes and if you read that packet, it is packed with vitamins and minerals. I will have skimmed milk. etc etc

demesne we all are/were on a healthy diet we were just saying its better to take them…buut its totally your choice if ur doctor has not prescribed u…take care…best of luck:flowers:
