i have gone through severe babyblues or PPD i guess…coz i was all alone taking care of baby as well as doing house chores…i used to cry alot…but Alhumdulilah when my mil came after 9weeks of my baby’s birth i was so relaxed…
so do take help from others…as much as you can…
