Seems a bit odd (and unethical) that a child would deliberately not be told who his real father was (unless he was deemed a risk to that child)..

I have, but they are personal acquaintances and this was not a publicised case. There was no risk as such, just that the mum was worried he would take the child from her...esp. since he moved to pak and remarried there.
