I agree with Asad. Afridi is just too childish and immature.. Ideally need someone cool and composed like Misbah as T20 captain. can't think of anyone in the present team

I said someone like Misbah (not Misbah. He has already retired from this format). You need a calm and level-headed guy like Misbah or Dhoni as national captain

We don't need Afridi. The guy proved to be a just another glory hunter desperately seeking his 'Imran Khan moment'. Make Afridi the captain by all means, but one bad performance, one small media outrage, the guy will be the first one to slog resign and announce his retirement for 7th time.
We need a mature, responsible, genuinely committed player with sharp cricketing brain who is not afraid to be out there to soak up the pressure and take up criticism. Afridi is too self conscious and self obsessed for all that.

In this edition but it is not like he would never be considered for T20 matches. Infact this World T20 showed that we need at least one solid batsman or grafter like Fawad (him being left handed is an added advantage) in the side as well

Fawad has better strike rate in limited overs game than any Pakistani players playing as batsman in the team (except Umar Akmal) and certainly has better average (runs per inning) in limited overs than any Pakistani batsman playing.
He could be aggressive when needed and can also anchor the inning if needed. He is also good in rotating the strike and is excellent fielder. So, in my opinion he should be in the team for all forms of cricket.

thts not my view but heard on tv tht he is test player or ODI not t20, I myself was shocked when he was not selected for t20 world cup, considering his performance in asia cup

Phir news aati hay kay ... hamaray (parchi) sheer bahaduri say lartay huyea aur 160 runs ko chase kartay huyea 70 runs per dheer ho gayee.

Woh iss liye k baqi sab mostly 'proper batsmen' nahin hein aur jab run rate barhne lagta hai they panic because the only thing they know is hitting boundaries!
