My cousin is named Mikyle and it’s pronounced Me-Kyle or Me-Ka-eel. There’s no restrictions in giving children the names of angels. The whole “heavy” name thing can be a personal preference but has no basis in Islam. And yes, there’s no “h” pronounced in the name.

Do you think spelling of the name is a big deal? The reason I ask is because I have seen many variations in spelling of this name on this website. I mean, will i g not have the same meaning if I chose to spell it one way and not the other?

No the meaning will not alter so long as the pronounciation is correct - that’s where proper spelling comes into it.
