Tooth Brush will clean your teeth and you will be rewarded as far as the command of being clean is concerned but you will lose all other rewards that are attributed to miswaak - all spiritual things related to miswaak. But if you still think that Tooth brush is enough, then, it’s OK. May be Allah:swt: will give you reward for that.. He’s the judge… we can only draw conclusions from the narrations anyway.
