People do things because they* fear* Allah? That seems backwards to me. You ought to do the things He commands because you *love *Him and want to do right by Him.
If you enjoy toothpaste and someone really thinks that will break your fast, then choose a type you don't like. There are dozens of varieties. Surely you will hate one of them.
But just as someone can enjoy the taste of toothpaste, someone may also enjoy the taste of miswaak. What's the difference?
