I never claimed that either. Hindus were probably looked at like outsiders and faced social problems- so they either converted to fit in, or left for India. Both .
I believe predominately the 'untouchable' converted as I believe many thought it could not get much worse under Islam for them.

The point of discussion is diminishing pakistani minorities which you indians crow from roof tops for obvious reasons.... So what happened now, Pakistan Christian Post claims a very large minority and growing... Are you trying to play with numbers or with words, don't try just stick to plain simple discussion at hand and that is minorities in Pakistan are as safe as any 3rd world country.
You are the one that started quoting numbers and I asked a simple question. Why is the base 1981 and not 1947. What was the percentage of Hindus in Pakistan right after partition and what is it now.

I don't think that's the case. The "untoucahables" would have sufferrred under a strictly casteist medieval style brahminical society. Why would low caste make a diferrence in a predominantly muslim society?

You keep on changing your story, you cannot counter the fact that Pakistan Christian Monitor has rebuffed your diatribe... Their own stats claim from 0.4 percent in 1947 gone up to 3 percent and some even claim as high as 5 percent a figure revealed during the last census... And you keep on going yada yada yada....
