Mind wandering during Namaz

Re: Mind wandering during Namaz

@714

i know what you mean LB, i also find it very difficult to concentrate

and trust me we are not the only ones

i don’t really know what to do except that when i realize my mind is wandering, i try to whip myself back into shape

and at least during taravih, i follow along with the quran b/c i know where hes reading, etc

inshallah, maybe as we work on stregnthing our imans during ramadan, maybe our concentration will improve as well

Thankyou 714 and JalP
