افغانستان اور پاکستان کے مابين تعاون پر مبنی تعلقات دونوں ممالک کے مستقبل کے ليے اہميت کے حامل ہيں اور امريکہ اس تعاون کو قائم رکھنے ميں ہر روز کوشاں ہے۔ ہم سب کو انھی متشدد دشمنوں کا سامنا ہے۔ ليکن ميرے ليے يہ امر حيران کن ہے کہ آپ امريکہ کو اس حوالے سے ہدف تنقيد بنا کر سوال کر رہے ہيں کہ ہم نے پاکستان اور افغانستان کے سرحدی علاقے ميں دہشت گردوں کی نقل وحرکت کو روکنے کے ليے موثر اقدامات نہيں کيے۔
اس ضمن ميں مئ 2014 کی ايک رپورٹ پيش ہے جس سے آپ کو ان چند اقدامات کے حوالے سے آگاہی حاصل ہو گی جو سرحدی علاقوں کو محفوظ کرنے کے ليے امريکی حکومت کی جانب سے کيے گۓ ہيں۔
پاکستان کی سیکورٹی مضبوط بنانے کے لیے سرحدی چوکیوں کی تعمیر کے منصوبے کا افتتاح
اسلام آباد (۱۲ ِمئی ، ۲۰۱۷ ء)__ جنرل ہیڈ کوارٹر ز راولپنڈی میں ڈی آئی جی ایف سی خیبر پختونخواہ بریگیڈیر محمد یو سف ماجوکا اورشعبہ انسدادِمنشیات ونفاذِقانون (انٹرنیشنل نارکوٹکس اینڈ لاء انفورسمنٹ افئیرز) کی ڈائر یکٹر کیٹی اسٹا نا نے سرحدی چو کیوں کی تعمیر کے منصوبے کا افتتاح کیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈی آئی جی ایف سی خیبر پختونخواہ نے شعبہ انسدادِمنشیات ونفاذِقانون کے تعاون کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور کہا کہ امریکی سفارتخانہ کا انٹرنیشنل نارکوٹکس اینڈ لاء انفورسمنٹ افئیرز ایک عشرے سے زیادہ عرصہ سے ایف سی کے ساتھ کھڑا ہےاور پاکستان کی مغربی سرحد پر قانون نافذ کرنے والےاداروں اور عام شہریوں کےجانی نقصانات ، سرحد پاردراندازی ، اسمگلنگ اور منشیات ،اغواء برائے تاوان اور دیگرجرائم کو کم کرنے میں اعانت فراہم کر رہا ہے۔
یہ تقریب ۲۰۱۴ء میں شروع ہونے والے ایک کروڑ ڈالر لاگت کے تین سالہ منصوبے کے مکمل ہونے کی خوشی میں منعقد کی گئی جس میں پانچ کمپنی ہیڈ کوارٹرز ، تینتیس سرحدی چوکیوں کی تعمیر ، ۵۴حفاظتی چوکیوں کی تزئین و آرائش شامل تھی ۔ قبل ازیں ۵۵ لاکھ ڈالر کی لاگت سے ۵۴ سرحدی چوکیوں کی تعمیر جبکہ تیس تنصیبات کی تزئین و آرائش کی گئی۔
تقریب میں انٹرنیشنل نارکوٹکس اینڈ لاء انفورسمنٹ افئیرز اسلام آباد کی سربراہ کیٹی سٹانا نے پاکستان کی افغانستان کے ساتھ سرحد پر فر نٹیر کور کی بطور اولین دفاعی لائن کردارکی تعریف کی اور اس کے ساتھ تعاون کو قابل فخر قرار دیا ۔ کیٹی اسٹانا نے خاص طور پر شعبہ انسدادِمنشیات ونفاذِقانون کے تعاون سے چترال ، مہمند اور باجوڑ ایجنسی میں قائم سرحدی چوکیوں کا ذکر کیا جن سے ۲۰۱۴ ء سے ۲۰۱۶ء کے دوران کئی حملوں میں انسداد منشیات اور سرحد پار در اندازی روکنے میں مصروف عمل ایف سی اہلکاروں کی قیمتی جانوں کو محفوظ بنانے میں مدد ملی۔
شعبہ انسدادِمنشیات ونفاذِقانون انفراسٹرکچر کے ساتھ ساتھ رواں سال انسداد منشیات اہلکاروں کے تحفظ اور فاٹا اور پاک افغا ن سرحد پر ایف سی کی موجودگی بہتر بنانے کے لیے بلٹ پروف جیکٹس ، ہیلمٹ اور بم ڈسپوزل سوٹ کی فراہمی سمیت سازو سامان کی شکل میں پچاس لاکھ ڈالر مہیا کرے گا۔

can you please tell me while your masters are asking Pakistan to do more why are they not doing anything in afghanistan, Taliban is everywhere there and now ISIS is also roaming there. What is your army doing? Why arent you doing more? How come ISIS took roots there under the very noses of your army?

Not a sound argument. You’re in Pakistan and you must respect this country. You’re enjoying privileges over here and not in Afghanistan. When Pakistan was created Punjabis, Sindhis, Bengalis and Urdu Speakers also got separated from their relatives living in India. Indians also separated from their relatives living in Pakistan. Therefore this drama from the Afghan lovers is not digestible! Afghanistan has been hostile to us from the very beginning and it’s time Afghanistan was kicked out across the Durand Line.

What Pakhtuns? Have Pakhtuns come from heaven that they will live together in a super power country? If you are so much in love with Pakhtuns and want to unite them then work to merge the Pakhtun belt of Afghanistan with Pakistan. There are Arabs living in different countries but they don’t whine about any Berlin Wall and blah blah. Arabs in Qatar do not have good ties with Arabs of UAE and those of Saudi Arabia lol.

It’s like MQM is whining about their relatives living in India and demanding to dissolve the international border so that the RAW agents may move freely across the border with no visa restriction. Or it’s like Sikh’s living in East Punjab pressing Indian government to unite with Pakistan so that they visit their holy places in Pakistan without any visas lol. It’s all unholy crap and an Indian trap in the name of Pakhtuns.
يہ درست ہے کہ حاليہ مہينوں ميں افغانستان ميں داعش کی دہشت گرد کاروائيوں ميں تيزی آئ ہے۔ ليکن يہ بھی ايک حقيقت ہے کہ ان ميں سے اکثر حملے مغربی سفارت خانوں، عمارات اور خطے ميں ہمارے اتحاديوں کے اہم ترين اثاثوں پر ہی کيے گۓ ہيں۔
علاوہ ازيں، جہاں داعش نے افغانستان ميں اپنے حملوں ميں اضافہ کر ديا ہے وہاں يہ بھی حقيقت ہے کہ امريکہ نے بھی اس مشترکہ دشمن کے ليے خلاف کاوشوں ميں اضافہ کيا ہے جو خطے ميں تمام فريقين کی حفاظت اور سيکورٹی کے ليے يکساں خطرہ ہے۔
حاليہ اعدادوشمار کے مطابق امريکی فضائيہ نے سال 2017 ميں افغانستان ميں گزشتہ برس کے مقابلے ميں دہشت گرد گروہوں پر تين گنا زيادہ حملے کيے ہيں۔
اکتربر 31 2017 تک کے اعداد وشمار کے مطابق امريکی فوج نے داعش اور طالبان کے جنگجوؤں اور ان کی پناہ گاہوں پر 3554 فضائ حملے کيے، اس کے مقابلے ميں سال 2016 ميں کل 1337 فضائ حملے کيے گۓ اور سال 2015 ميں 947 حملے کيے گۓ۔
سب سے پہلی بات تو يہ ہے کہ يہ تاثر ہی لغو اور غير منطقی ہے کہ افغانستان پر امريکی فوج حکومت کر رہی ہے۔ ملک پر عوام کے منتخب نمايندوں کی حکومت ہے جو اس کی سرحدوں کی حفاظت کے ليے ذمہ دار ہيں۔ امريکہ اپنے افغان ہمعصروں کے ساتھ مل کر نا صرف يہ کہ دہشت گردی کے محفوظ ٹھکانوں کے قلع قمع کے ليے کام کر رہا ہے بلکہ مقامی افغان فوجيوں کی صلاحيتوں ميں اضافے اور متعلقہ محکموں کی تربيت اور انھيں ہر قسم کے وسائل فراہم کرنے کے ليے اپنا موثر کردار بھی ادا کر رہا ہے۔
تاہم حتمی تجزيے ميں ملک کے مستقبل کا تعين افغانستان کے عوام اور ان کے منتخب نمايندوں نے ہی کرنا ہے۔
جہاں تک “ڈو مور” کے حوالے سے آپ کی راۓ ہے تو ميں واضح کر دوں کہ امريکہ نے کبھی بھی اس حقيقت سے انکار نہيں کيا کہ امريکہ سميت تمام فریقين کو دہشت گردی کے عالمی عفريت کے خاتمے کے ليے مزيد کاوشوں کی ضرورت ہے۔
امريکی حکومت پاکستان اور افغانستان کی مدد اور خطے ميں امن کے قيام کے ليے “ڈو مور” کی پاليسی پر عمل پيرا ہونے کے ليے ہميشہ تيار رہی ہے۔ چاہے افغانستان ميں ہزاروں امريکی افواج کی تعنياتی ہو، افغانستان ميں تعميراتی کاموں اور انتظامی ڈھانچے کی استحکام کے ليے کئ بلين ڈالرز کی امداد ہو يا مختلف حکومتی اداروں کی افاديت کو بہتر بنانے کے ليے کئ بلين ڈالرز کے وسائل کی دستيابی کا معاملہ ہو – امريکی حکومت نے افغانستان اور پاکستان کے بوجھ کو ہلکا کرنے کے ليے ہميشہ ہر ممکن کوشش کی ہے۔
يہ تاثر کہ افغانستان ميں داعش کو استحکام ملنے سے کسی بھی طور ہمارے اہداف حاصل کرنے ميں مدد مل سکتی ہے، ناقابل فہم ہے کيونکہ گزشتہ پندرہ برسوں کے دوران خطے سے دہشت گردوں کے محفوظ ٹھکانوں کے خاتمے کے ليے امريکہ نے ہر ممکن وسائل فراہم کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے فوجی بھی ميدان جنگ ميں اتارے ہيں۔

I’m curious.. is it “you” as in “Pakistanis” or “you” as in “Hindi nasal” (btw thumbs up). (Also, I know you meant the latter.)
What will it take for people to understand that the word Pakistanis does not equal Punjabis. Ffs. Yet they have no problem reminding others again and again that “all Pashtuns are afghans but not als afghans are not pashtuns” bla bla.
Tbh… this way of thinking still exists to this day because we still don’t have a border. It’s still only called the Durand line because some people are stuck in the past. British India is gone, it’s no longer 1947, welcome to Pakistan in 2018.
Your Pashtun identity won’t disappear with the border… neither is that on anyone’s agenda.. however Pakistan will Insha Allah get rid off the problems caused by an absence of proper border.

Show me one non-pakhtun in Pakistan who accept that they are hindo-nasal that they really are? they call them self Arabs, turks, Iranian an so on. Pakhtuns are not IDless, we are proud of our ID as Pakhtun or Afghan. We have strong bonds between us, we can not change our identity for you people.

Like I said before it is not a border its a LINE(Durandline like the LOC). We will not allow some strangers from Attock par to create a wall between 50 million Pakhtuns.

Well, you are insignificant in this matter. Durand Line was created by the British masters that the Pashtuns of Afghanistan accepted as their gods in the 19th century. The so called ghairat-mand Afghans didn’t fight a war and didn’t liberate that Pashtun belt of today’s KP and FATA. Their ghairat was tested once again when USSR occupied their country in 1979 because many Pashtuns sold their ‘ghairat’ to the Communists, and the rest who were ‘quite religious’ sold their ghairat to American CIA and Pakistani ISI to become Afghan Mujahideen. After the Soviets had been defeated, the great Pashtuns started fighting with each other till the CIA created Taliban in the 1990s to make peace in Afghanistan. What we gather from this scenario is that Pashtuns can’t live together peacefully. Whenever they are left on their own, they will fight and kill each other.
Since 1940 when the Pakistan Movement was going on, the Frontier Gandhi, Bacha Khan was licking the boots of Congress who didn’t have a policy to dissolve the Durand Line. When Pakistan became a reality and many Pakhtuns in the NWFP betrayed their Bacha Khan and decided to give their vote in referendum in Pakistan’s favour, they did so with the current status of Durand Line. Also there’s no war going on in the Pakistani side of Durand Line to change its status, if there’s any show me which one. If you feel that the Durand Line is still controversial and there’s no international border between Afghanistan and Pakistan, it may be your opinion and you have the constitutional right to express it.

This is very funny. Pashtuns become Communists, speak Russians and be proud of that. I’ve also seen Pashtuns who go to America and believe as if they are some Tom Cruise and speak English like Americans and be proud of it lol.
No one is asking you not be proud of whatever you are. And no one cares about your identity or ethnicity as long as you don’t poke your nose in other people’s affairs. It’s like live peacefully and let others live likewise. **Pakistan has been a reality for 70 years. This country was created by the Muslims of India. If you think you’re holier than this identity, pack up, cross the Durand Line and go join Afghanistan, bye bye to you! Every single Pashtun who is not happy in Pakistan, you’re requested to leave this country to your holy land in Afghanistan. **

People will never be satisfied with the status quo. If Uzbeks, Tajiks living in Afghanistan demand a separate country or want to join their areas with Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, will the Pashtuns of Holy-land Afghanistan permit that? If not then why on earth they expect us that we will diffuse this bloody Durand Line because it’s on their crazy nerves? We would rather kick their butts and push them to live in Afghanistan forever.
