So perhaps you will consider supporting the drone attacks, since their the only one’s that are successfully targeting militants. A harvard grad like you must know how to differentiate reality from clear propaganda, especially the sort emanating from Pakistani media.

There is propaganda from both sides. Do you expect me to believe LA Times, CNN and West Point? You should realize that they don’t even have bureaus based in the KP region. I believe what I see from my own eyes, the destroyed schools, the markets, the houses. Also, its very easy to say that " Innocents suffer in all conflicts. To believe otherwise is to be naive," however when the bombs are coming towards YOUR family members, parents..I am sure that you will believe differently.

More importantly, these drone attacks are a violation of Pakistani sovereignty. Now I understand that many people could care less about FATA or KP, but recognize this: One day these drones could be hovering over Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. One day there could be a raid to defang Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal. So a principled stand needs to be made.
