Just that. Even though the UNCIP creates the resolutions does not mean it can implement it. Only Member states of the UN can implement resolutions.

yes they are to be implemented by India and Pakistan ... that is what the UN resolution 126 of 1956 ask them to do .... now you agree that the UNCIP reolsuotions have to be implemented ... here again ...

  1. Requests the United Nations Representative for India and Pakistan to make any recommendations to the parties for further appropriate action with a view to making progress towards the implementation of the resolutions of the U.N.C.I.P of 13 August 1948 and 5 January and towards a peaceful settlement ;

I have mentioned this before also ...... UNCIP was disbanded much ealrier gues sometime in early 50's .... but the resolutions were to be implemented as per the UNSC resolutionof 1956

See that is the problem and that is my question. Where does that article state any actions to be taken by the member states? The United Nations Representative for India and Pakistan can not implement any UNCIP resolution.

Failing to read simple english :D ... India and pakistan have to implement these resoltuions .... there are actions that India and Pakistan have to take as per UNCIP reolstutions ... that is the crux of the matter. And you know the reason why you dont belive that ...because you know what UNCIP reolsutions ask Pakistan to do .... vacate COMPLETELY the territory occupied by Pakistani forces in Kashmir :D

Where does the paragraph say it does? Aam Bandha if my reading comprehension is so poor please show me in crayon if need be where that specific paragraph you keep quoting asks the nation states of India and Pakistan to do anything?
