UN rep. has to make recomendations to the parties … who are the parties … India and Pakistan … hope i dont have to explain this simple english language.

Recommendations for what…for implementation of UNCIP resolutions…again this is regular stuff … simple englsih language …

1. Recommendations are being asked to be made to the parties. My original point nearly 2 weeks ago.

Now back to my question where are the member states asked to do anything?
