There are Na'ats, we stand up and read durood, give out food...
Any of these things haram.............I dont see anything haram!
To give a ruling if a certain type of chocolate is haram, its ingrediants are thoroughly cheked, and if they are halaal so is the product.
Similarly with Milaad, all the elements are halal
