Its a logical definition and you dont have to be Hanafi to understand this, just like you dont have to be a Jewish German to agree with Einstein.

for you second point, re read the definition. There is a need to define what is biddat, and that need was not there during Prophet’s time so defining biddat is not a biddat itself

third thing is, as KKF said, now we are having argument just for the sake of it so lets finish it right here.
