Never heard of Mighty Bridal Salon. We found New Look to be the best. Also heard a lot about Madeeha.

i recently went to pak and got married.
On all three days(mehdni, wedding and valima) i went to depilix. Now they are good, and didnt make me look like a drag queen or as if i was dipped in a meringue!!!

thing is we dont know or no one makes us aware is that the bridal package we purchase isnt always what we get. Be aware of extra costs they go on about etc. I think they take further advantage becuase they know you're from abroad. However they charge extra for the good wax, a better facial etc.

personally i complained to the woman misbah mussarat she was alright and gave me a further discount but just be aware and also when purchasing packages

my advice asks loads of questions and intricate details of what they will be using, doing, time, makeup products etc.

anyone here had personal experience with Newlook? she travels international once a year in summer ..so I think if pricing and everything works out I will get my make-up done from NewLook. so what do you guys think how much is she going to charge? shes not trvavelling specially for my wedding ..so it should be reasonable..

dun know much abt newlook .. but as far as i know, everyone i asked or who told me abt there personal experience .. they always recommended madeehas to me ... why dun u check out there website .. im going to do my make up from there... there website is quite nice and i have also seen pics of a bride who had done her make up from there.. and i can only say.. she looked soooooo pretty ..

the rest is up to u ... :)

madeeha's doesnt do nicely with reds..she's good for other colours..and my sis recently got her walima make up from madeeha's and she made her look so dark :( the base was yucky..but maybe cuz madeeha herself had gone for hajj and her assistants didnt do good.. i got my 1st day makeup done from allenora and it was awesome..i wud suggest allenora or mighty's for reds(day 1) and allenora again or ather shehzad for day 2. i always wanted mine done from mighty's but didnt get dates for it ..so i went to allenora. Madeeha charges 30,000 rs if you get make-up done from her, 20,000 if her sister does it and 13,000 if an assisstant does it.

i actually saw a bride getting ready from her .. the assisstant does the foundation and stuff and she usually just works more on the eyes and overall look... the bride looked pretty.

madeehas (As prototype said she doesn,t do good wid reds
so better not to take risk
ather shahzad best for wallimas and enagements (never think to do make on barat)

I had my valima makeup done from Mighty, and my cousin had her shaadi makeup done from her, and without sounding arrogant, she did a fabulous job. She does have a heavy hand, so if you're not used to wearing a lot of makeup, you'll be a little shocked at how much she uses, but you will photograph extremely well. She does really transformative makeup, meaning that she really changes your face, brings out the bone structure through contouring, plumps up the lips, and makes your eyes look huge. That being said, I really prefer her when a bride is wearing a lighter color as opposed to a darker color (such as red). Her "pink" brides are far superior to her "red" brides (both me and my cousin were in the pink family of clothing when we went to her). Also, I was happy with the hairstyle and with the dupatta setting. Mighty and her sisters have a more modern sensibility and I thought they advised me well about what look I should go for.

I'm not such an Allenora fan, I think her "assembly line" salon is too stressful and her technique is a little muddled. One thing that bothers me is that her eye liner and mascara always look a bit smudged. Ather Shahzad are also okay. They're more hype, and their print work is better than their shaadi makeup.

a friend went to Mighty's yesterday and got the rate list..34000rsif mighty does it herself and 14000 if the assistants do it

NEW LOOK is the best in gulburg....its the only one i tried but i loved it.
