If I have dinner by 8, come midnight I get the munchies again, especially if I’m up late. I’ve tried fruit - a keenu and a banana…it didn’t work last night, so I topped it off with a glass of milk and a cupcake (), so I tried to fill myself more at dinner time - 2 whole chapatis … it still doesn’t quite work. The fruit is not filling so whoever said that your stomach accounts for food intake by volume, is absolutely wrong. And nuts are like bird food, I mean really, I will need a kg of badams to fill me up. So what to do? Its also partly because I come back from gym in the evening starving. And I even have steamed veggies or fruit before my dinner.
hmmm, good idea Sara ... but during the day I drink like 4 litres of water. But, good idea ...also at night, I always crave something sweet. My no-sugar plan is not working.
