Beat the wet ingredients together then fold in powdery ingredients.
Pour it in a separate oiled dish, put in the micro 4-7 minutes, keep an eye on it. that's it, ready.

Take a pan add 1 pack cream, 1 egg 2 drops, vanilla essence, 4 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp icing sugar .Stir on low flame . .Remove from heat when you see some bubbles forming. top on brownies.

thanks masi... :) can i use whippin cream instead of icing sugar? wud u know any recipe for a simple vanilla cake also? which has no cocoa in it? just plain cake? thanksssss so mch!
thx masi... btw do u use a glass type container for puttin the cake ingredents? cus surely we cant put the normal black color cake moulds rite (which we use for bakin?)
also i forgot how do we put the cake on the plate.. sorry for soundin dumb... i meando u put knife in corners and lift the whole cake up and put it on plate..
I don't think you can use those black tin ones in microwave. Use a glass dish and oil/butter it, this will make the cake come out easier. Just flip it upside down on a plate, it'll come out and if it still doesn't just loosen edges with a knife.

even i was thinkin flippin it on plate but then all the crunchiness and top layer of the cake will be down and the softer part wll be up. i dunno how to explain it. argghhhhhh... i hope u got my point ? :S :(
hahah…mall you are so cute.. just flip it back girl.. Flip it on a plate phir uss ko seedha kar lo.. simple.. and guessing from your post let me give you heads up.. Use the icing after the cake is baked and cooled down…kahin icing opar laga kar bake na karnay baith jana
I think should be enough for 4-5 ppl..
and btw many people use the bottom side of cake as their top side as it is smoother and easier to put icing on so it’s really not an issue.=)
i m cute and ure sweet :D no seriously i know i was soundin dumb but wot the heck its better to be clear abt things than do somethin stupid on my own lolzzzzzzz... uve been gr88888 help. i got 87 views but only YOU replied.. wonder wot the other ladies are doin... its weird that no one else is able to help.. i thot many of u will know how to microwave a cake girls!!! :P tch tch... tooo badddddd :D
na you didn't sound dumb.. we all go through the learning process..better be sure than messing up and wasting rizq..
so did you try it? hope it turned out well..=)
yar kal banao gi.. will surely let u know.. wish me luckkkkkk! i got another qs. normally in vids i saw they put a wax paper in the bowl before puttin the cake mix... i cudnt find it here i dunno why so i was wonderin can i put alum foil in the bowl and then put it in micro? or will it b harmful? wot do u think?
nope you can't put aluminum or any metal for matter in microwave, as far as I know.
I've seen this on cooking shows: after brushing your dish with butter/oil just dust it with some plain flour and then put the batter in, helps the cake come out easily. Also check the Sticky Baking guide thread, although it is baking in oven related but you may find some good tips..
Good luck =)

okie... thanks :) one more qs... u said ur cake recipe is for 4.5 ppl... but i want a recipe for atleast 10 ppl.. i was wonderin should i double everything? like if u said 2 eggs will make it 4 and if u said 2/3 then i will put another 2/3 of the same thing(sorry i suck at mathematics.. thank God for measuring cups) :P hahaha. let me know if thaz ok.
hmm I 'm not sure if that will be a good idea, since I said earlier that my cousin makes it and I've only seen her and I am no pro at cake making :-( Maybe you can double the quantity and it'll turn out great but just to be on the safe side, make it in two shifts maybe? I think it takes around 20 mins for the whole procedure so shouldn't be too much work. I wish I knew better :( ..but best of luck, do hope it turns out good.

eek..you are making me nervous now :D she emailed me the recipe and I copy pasted it, so I hope there are no errors.. If I had cocoa powder at home, would've tried it myself by now..that's how jittery I am right now ..hahaha
