No, its in the testimony from grand jury (which you should read given that you seem to have a personal interest in this case for some reason) & its backed by DNA, forensic pictorial evidence. That is why grand jury unanimously refused to indict which included 3 black jurors.

Six shots means, the officer was crazy and insanely hateful.
Regardless what prompted him to shoot, after one or two he should have stopped.
Only scared housewives/or civillians alone in a dark house not knowing who is on the other side would shoot 6 times when they get no response to "who is there?" question and warning.

I remember a 96 years old lady was shot multiple times and there was this dude who was shot 49 times.

There is conflicting evidence. That is why it should have gone to trial.
The prosecutors.office muddied the waters by distributing an old law that was off the books since 1985! The law stated an officer can shoot a suspect running away.
After weeks the prosecutors office simply said - what we gave u weeks ago. Disregard it. Most of it is true. But some of it not entirely correct!

Rule of engagement for police is to neutralize suspect ASAP once shooting starts. This all happens in m/s and not like in movies.
