I maybe an ignorant, but I bet I know more about the law than you do (I practice law for living). And, grand jury’s decision is non binding & if prosecutor thinks that he can prove his case he can still bring charges against the suspect. Also, whether the a juror was racist or not does not matter b/c grand jury’s decision does not have to be unanimous.

I have no doubt you are extremely knowledgeable in law.

There are lots of lawyers who would agree with you. Lots of prosecutors, especially from the south who would give you high fives.

The views you have expressed today here are most probably by the book. But they lack humanity. They truly do.
