Yesterday one of GS member used a word "Zombie" for these type of workers. Unfortunately every political party have these types of zombies who are always ready to die. They should think about themselves and their families first.
I am well aware about him and the article which I posted, telling whole story. But still I believe Zardari has lots of tricks to handle these type of guys.
Zardari believes in Gutter politics, this is notion which Ayoub Khan use to believe as well, in this system, in shorter time span you are the winner but in long run you loose everything.. and we lost east Pakistan... Zardari's trick was working back then because he had something to offer in return, i doubt it would work now...
I totally disagree with the violence and loss of life, the ones who died might have been center of universe for someone out there... but again.. what was the purpose of opposing and that is violently...
Punjab Police or any police for that matter would react...and this reaction is out in the field and not in any controlled lab. where the consequences can be limited..
i have already said, let us assume it is not TuQ but some other party... do they have right to challenge police & writ of state??? if yes then TuQ and his followers have every right resist against them... if not then there are other ways to counter police action..

This is so true... these zombies are the reasons we are in mess, because their ratio to decent/mature members is to high...
let us have look into it, how many decent MNA you can take out in our assembly??? i guess not even a dozen in a assembly of 300+...

..After Ghaznavi … Pakistan will remember 17 Attacks of Dr Tahir Ul Qadri from Canada .. 2 done , 15 remaining
You do realize there is absolutely no evidence to support that narrative? TUQ is an agitator whose allegiances are not known. He has attempted to destabilize the political process from the get go. He attempted to stop the first democratic transition in Pakistan and failed. Now he is back for no apparent reason.
Don't you find his timing odd considering the operation in NWA? He came exactly when the operation started and attempted to destablize the government? That is not odd?
The PML N response has been heavy handed and pathetic and the people should be prosecuted. But to give this a religious tinge is akin to gossip mongering.
Those who support Martial Law and TuQ seems to be the same people ... But if we were to give TuQ the benefit of the doubt then it is possible he wants a proper democracy with better people - not the existing families who have exercised gangster tactics to maintain power and untouchable status. May be the truth is somewhere in between.
I am not at all in favor of TUQ n his ppl giving life for him. But you cant defend the government action on them. This is not the only incident. Punjab police is famous for these kind of things. Wht they did last month in isb wth protestors of missing ppl. 2 wrongs dont make right. Accountabilty n justice should be done.
I never said I have ‘absolute evidence’, if phraseology means anything, I thought there was a reason why I worded my sentence the way I did. Perhaps another read through is due from your end.
But truth to be told, since Rana Sanaullah’s name is being mentioned, I am increasingly obliged to not rule out the possibility of sectarian hate or pressure from Punjan based Taliban groups as one of the many factors behind the killings. As clearly stated in my previous reply, religious bigotry is one of the leading factors behind most high profile killings and attacks, and I would support any call for investigation into possible hate crime aspect of the tragedy.
Indeed the timing of Qadri’s entrance is all too shady and paradoxical, but that neither justifies government’s dealing nor makes his protests illegal, since it’s a right granted by Pakistani Constitution. The same constitution that also allows Sharif family to use legal and democratically routes to at least attempt solving grievances. We have heard arguments about how peaceful weekend protests in public parks are destablising Pakistan, but for a change it would be nice to hear what civlised and demanded measures government can take to strenghten the Republic.
I have no time to tirelessly defend TuQ, but one thing is clear that full credit must to go to PMLN for escalating his position from a political charlatan to a spiritual martyr.
Now Shahbaz Sharif went to Corps Commander Lahore to request to provide security to him and his family and Commander openheartedly accepted his request.
The job of army and police now is to support and provide security to rapists, looters, killers of the nation they were hired to save,
Why don’t these f’ing politicians who need “security” move to a mountain hole and leave the police/army to to actually defend and protect civilian/nation.
i just heard TuQ's interview and he claims 11 dead, 100's missing and some injured people were removed overnight from the hospitals and God knows where they are...he doesn't know if those missing are dead or alive...
...is it typical exaggeration or it carries some truth?
jhoot ka pair nahi hota ... Go and check the barriers around Nawaz, Shahbaz, Tahmena and many low level Pakistani politicians as well as government officers ... that are all there illegally without court orders ... but TUQ house had very little barriers and that is also after taking court order.
Can you please provide proof that barriers around TUQ residence were with court orders and the ones around Nawaz, Shahbaz, Tahmina are not?
GS audience: Here below I present to you a Taliban wearing a different garb, supporting a "different party" but with same mentality:
Minhaj-ul-QUran leadership (especially TUQ) should know that it is Islamic duty to fight unjust Zalim rulers and tormentors, instead of keeping quite and staying peaceful.
Answer of bullets is bullets, not flowers. Those who want to give answer of bullets with flowers, they find that same flowers come back on their graves and they also encourage more killings and torments of innocent.

Doesn't matter if there were court orders or not but why PML-N so desperately needed to remove barriers in the middle of the night which were there for 4 years when TUQ arrival is near? Sheikh Rahseed showed a warning letter from Interior Ministry mentioning his and TUQ name about life threats to them then why removing the barriers instead of providing them more security?

I am not trying to find a defense point for PMLN, all I am trying to find is validity of claim Sa1eem is making. I completely agree that it was a pathetic move by PMLN to try removing barriers, there was no need of using force.
TuQ is going to be a vicious dictator, if he ever does take over.
But Nawaz is playing into their hands with this brutal massacre. There is no need to brutalize your own citizens like this. They will just support agitators like TuQ more.
Nawaz never went to school. This is why people who don't go to school shouldn't be running countries, and this is just no ordinary country, this is a nuclear country. Maybe if he had taken a history class or two....

How can you surely say that he's going to be vicious dictator when you know nothing about him.
