LP this is what you do ... you take the number and put it in apnakarachi.com and get the adress. Sit outside their house and everytime someone comes out you ring hte number to make sure if its that person. Once you have zeroed in your target then you know how the person looks like and can make a more informed decision. There advanced stalking course for you....
