I wouldn’t do anything. but I doubt the girl will be able to stop herself from calling me after hearing my voice

Calling her back won't be a decent thing to do.
What I will do is I will pull out/collect her details - her addresses, work, hobbies, the route she takes, friends, family, acquaintences etc. print everything out and stick it on the wall (in a new section), and then start following her with a camera. I have hobbies too.
