Yeah I’m assuming an unequal distribution of good looking girls vs. guys. Why? Because a lot of above average girls can enter the top category of good looking with just make up, getting their hair done, wearing nice classy outfits, jewelry, etc etc. Even the most average girls can look good with the magic of make up. So yes the distribution is artifically raised in the favor of more good looking girls than good looking guys.
Also keep in the mind that good looking guys can get the good looking girls to fool around with but when it comes time for marriage qualifications of the guy also matter, especially to the girls parents. Most good looking girls arent going to marry junkies just because theyre good looking. These girls ideally want the best of both worlds–good looking AND qualifications (i.e. rich). Thus, in the long run good looking guys who arent qualified can lose out to the average looking guy who is better qualified and/or rich when it comes time for marriage. You will see these types of couples. The guys who have it the best are the good looking qualified guys.
The same holds true for men also. A guy could get the right hair-do, get rid of facial hair(or grow it right), hit some weights and dress better. The only thing a man can’t change is his height.
