^i think this is a brilliant topic for health n fitness, i'd like to talk about more in that forum inshallah but in short, lots of married and mothers of 2/3 kids have been my inspirations who got back in shape, just get the TV and couch out of your livingroom ladies and you have plenty of time.lol
